About The Alpaca Farm House

Welcome to the newly remodeled Alpaca Farmhouse! This home is located a short distance to the village of Ellicottville, NY, where skiing, golfing, restaurants, shopping and adventure activities await. You will have 2 bedrooms, each having a Queen size bed. The full-size bathroom has a shower/bathtub. Outside deck has a propane BBQ grill and seating to enjoy the view of the many Alpacas. A perfect all-season getaway, with a peaceful farm atmosphere, all while being in close proximity to everything the village has to offer.

Perfect location!

"Helen and Timm are very hospitable and friendly hosts. They made us feel right at home and showed us around the farm! The location was perfect. It’s all remote and secluded, but it was a very quick walk into town. Perfect location!"

Very cute, cozy and clean house.

" It was quick drive into town or the ski resorts. The kitchen was well equipped and the essentials were provided. The owners of the Alpaca Farm were very kind and accommodated our request for our kids to meet and feed the resident alpacas. The gift shop has some lovely items for sale. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it."

We loved the alpaca cottage!

"It was super close to skiing and possible to walk to town. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and squeaky clean. It was easy to use and had everything we needed. We will definitely return!"
