"Great for a large group"

Great stay.

"The house accommodated our 3 generation family (grandparents through teens) well. We booked for a ski weekend and there was ample room for ski gear to get dried out and stored. Short east drive into town and plenty of space for 3 large vehicles. The pool table was a hit and if it hadn’t been raining we would have used the deck more - it was great. Any downside items would be nit-picking. We do like to cook and the kitchen is a little short on prep space. You do make your own bed but that way you know the linens are clean in the plastic bag - that was different. In all, a great stay."

A Beautiful Space

"A beautiful space and phenomenal location for our group. We were in town for a trail running race in Allegheny State Forest, just a 25 minute drive away. This home had everything we needed from cookie sheets to decks of cards. The wood fired stove kept us nice and toasty and the sun shone brightly over the kitchen table at breakfast. The stars from the front porch were unbelievable. The whole place was beautiful. Will definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again."

Mountain Getaway

"Great place for a mountain getaway - spacious for a fairly large group, minutes away from the downtown area and ski slopes to explore. The hosting team was very communicative and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Would stay here again!"

"Great location... wonderful deck, and view. Many extras, kitchen and bar extremely well stocked with needed items. We were a small group, but an ideal space for a large group of family and friends."

Perfect Stay

"The location was perfect. Not too far from town but still includes a beautiful view. The house had a great cabin feel and was very cozy. Check-in was super easy. This chalet is very close to another house which I wish I knew or was made more aware of but we didn't have any problems. Great stay overall!"

A really cool place!

"Our group of 5 couples had a blast at the chalet. There was plenty of room for us all, the views were great and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. We ventured downtown for shopping and hit up some local places for dinner and drinks. Our only complaint was that the lower level smelled very strongly of mildew/mold. It lessened with us keeping all of the windows open and fans on, but a dehumidifier would knock that right out. All in all, a great weekend!! "

"Great spot for a nice weekend get away! As well as great service provided by ERA Vacation rentals! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the stay or service. Driveway was plowed often, considering 12-15 inches fell during our stay. And the ERA team was always just a call away if we had any questions. "

"We loved the house and it’s a great location for being close to town but in a private location at the same time. The dishwasher broke the week prior to us coming, which was understandable but with 12 people, it was a lot of dishwashing. Again, great location and we had a fantastic weekend"

Classic Skiing Chalet

"My friends and I had an amazing experience staying in the Koby Chalet. It provides all the necessities for a night of relaxing after the slopes from the full wet bar located in the open concept kitchen to the conveniently placed pool table that fits perfectly into the living room area. Looking right out from the living room you have a clear view of one of Holimont's runs. This coupled with the effective woodburning stove really deliver that classic apres ski feel that I was looking for in my stay. Top off all that with plenty of quality sleeping options, and this place has all the ingredients of a great vacation!"

great place to hang out in

"Beautiful house. Very clean, Excellent entertaining spaces. Spacious bedrooms. Six of us cooked, ate, socialized, listened to music, watched TV. The bar area is a great gathering place. The huge deck has great views. Close to town and skiing."
