"My father is from Bemus Point and we have spent our summers coming here to enjoy the lake and all that comes with it. The house had everything we needed and was in close proximity to the village. The kid nook upstairs was perfect and we enjoyed all of the games our last rainy day. If you need lakefront this is not the place for you, but otherwise it has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay."

"We rented this beautiful home for a girls' weekend/bachelorette party. Came with everything we needed from towels, kitchen supplies, recycling, fire pit, games and so much more. We had a great time and this property is within walking distance to downtown and the lake. The property was very clean, and decorated so very nicely. Loved the deck space. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone visiting the area!"

"This property was easy to fall in love with. You feel at home the moment you arrive. The house was equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. A full kitchen allowed us to fix meals and all sit together at the table. We enjoyed playing lawn games in the fenced in yard and sitting under the awning on thr back deck. There was also a fire pit to enjoy the evening outside. The restaurants, shops and waterfront was all a close walk. I would gladly stay here again!"

"Everything was perfect about our stay! This house felt like home from the moment we arrived. We found everything we needed. The kitchen allowed us to have a meal at home and all eat together at the table. The awning on the back porch and fenced in yard was perfect for playing cards, lawn games and even a fire pit to enjoy the evening. The restaurants, shops and water was all just a short walk away. Noise was never an issue. I would gladly stay here again!"

"This house was perfect for all of us! Enough spots to sleep, a beautiful back porch with an awning to play cards under, a dining room table big enough for us to eat together, and a large backyard to play some outdoor games. The proximity to town and the waterfront is a perfect walking distance, but far enough you don't notice the commotion. I believe we would all recommend this house!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our group! From the tasteful decor and furnishings, to the convenient location- it couldn't have been better! We loved how close it was to everything- the shops, restaurants, night life, and the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped and well stocked. Beds were comfy and well laid out. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck and in the yard. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean. comfortable home in a great location! "
