Built in 2006, this 1400 square foot, 4 bedroom/end unit townhouse at Holimont is perfectly situated with views of the Sunset slope from the back deck. You will easily enter on the 2nd level (not too many stairs). Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area w/table for 8, plus 4 at the bar. Proceed to the living room which boasts vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Here you will enjoy watching the activity on the Sunset slope. 3 Bedrooms downstairs: queen, 2 sets bunks, and a pyramid bunk, and an additional loft bedroom with queen and bath. Cable TV in the living room and loft, and 4 TV's are equipped with DVD players for your entertainment needs! This is an ideal rental for anytime of year. Book your summer time trips while space is still available. Three-night minimum required for dates on or between: Fall Festival (10/8/20-10/12/20), Christmas, New Years Eve, Martin Luther King Weekend(1/14/21-1/18/21), and Presidents Day Weekend (2/11/21-2/15/21) **Pets NOT Permitted** **NO A/C** **NO Internet** **Basic Cable**

Wonderful Job!

"This house was beautiful, in a quiet area. It was far from town to walk and there weren't many Uber's around, luckily it was a warm weekend for fall fest. There wasn't wifi, but other than that and how far out the property was, it was a great place. Really liked working with the ERA team, they do a wonderful job."
