This newly renovated secluded chalet (December 2020) is located just minutes from the slopes of Holiday Valley! The Myers Chalet is located in a private setting only minutes from the slopes at Holiday Valley, HoliMont and the Village of Ellicottville. This is the ultimate 4 season getaway chalet. Situated at the base of the mountain bike trail head, and less than 1 mile from the slopes, you will experience year round enjoyment. This immaculate chalet offers a first level with a spacious family room, complete with futon, full bath, and bedroom with 4 twin beds; perfect for the kids! The second level has a kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, tastefully decorated spacious living room which boasts a beautiful wood burning fireplace. Also, on the second level is a bedroom with double bed and a full bath. Off of the main level is also a desirable hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The third level offers a bedroom with queen bed, a bath and deck. Take in the incredible views from one of the decks after a day of : hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing...whatever your desire, you are sure to return to the Myer's Chalet! With parking available for 3-4 vehicles and accommodations for up to 10, you can easily and comfortably entertain a large group of friends or family. Look no further; Myer's Chalet is the perfect getaway nestled in an even better location!! Three-night minimum required for dates on or between: Fall Festival, Christmas, New Years Eve, Martin Luther King Weekend, and Presidents Day Weekend. **Pets NOT Permitted** **NO A/C** **NO Internet** **Basic Cable**

"Our stay at Myers Chalet was wonderful. The place was very clean and private. We all loved the way it was decorated. We were looking for the perfect place for all of us to stay at that would accommodate what we wanted/needed and this place was it! The short drive to the main street was easy to get to. All of us are already talking about going back sometime next year and will be asking to stay at the same place. "

Birthday

"Very nice chalet with good location, enough away from everything but not too far. The weekend we were there was 75-80 degrees so it was quite warm during the day inside the chalet! (No A/C, plenty of ceiling fans that helped.) Outdoor seating was not around for the back deck or upper deck or fire pit area, plan to bring some lawn chairs. All together it was good, a note said they’re remodeling in October. "

Bachelorette Done Right!

"We were in town for my friends bachelorette party and we had a great time. This house is very nice and fit everyone well. Everyone at ERA Team VP Vacation Rentals was very nice and always responded timely! It’s not walking distance into town, but it’s a quick Uber ride. "

"Very nice cabin in the woods! Had plenty of room for our party of 10. Wood burning fireplace, and outdoor fire pit. Hot tub was great. Saved the weekend when we got rain instead of snow."

Amazing weekend!!

"I rented the Myers Chalet for a bachelorette weekend in the woods with the bridal party, and friends for my best friend! The house is so adorable, we had so much fun! What sold me was the 4 twin beds in one of the rooms. It made it nice that everyone could have their own bed! There is a hot tub so hat was a plus! We all had so much fun. The house is nestled in the woods, nice and quiet, not a lot of traffic and only 7 minutes from downtown. We are all interested in coming back for another weekend. "
