It has abundant space for family gatherings and many other spectacular amenities- this home will amaze you! The main floor offers a spacious, immaculate kitchen with modern appliances. a dining table that seats 6 and It also hosts an island and bar with convenient seating for 6. Additionally, the cozy living room hosts comfortable furniture, a relaxing wood fireplace, and scenic windows of the gorgeous hills surrounding the property. This home hosts 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and can sleep up to 13. Perfect for hosting large groups- so bring the whole family for a truly well-deserved stay in historic Ellicottville! Our properties DO NOT allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Smoking is NOT permitted in any rental property. During winter, four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driveway access. Please respect the neighbor's privacy. Town noise ordinance after 10pm.

A unique log cabin feel but all the comforts of home.

"We loved our stay in this secluded getaway. It fit our whole family - children and grandchildren. The three floors and three bathrooms were helpful, as was the large deck. The home had all the necessary amenities, including some not listed, such as a high chair and portable crib, some games, and a huge library of books and videos. These helped on rainy days and cozy evenings. Very nice place to stay for a while, with a unique log cabin feel but all the comforts of home."

Great Place For a Large Group

"We have stayed at this property a few times and each time we introduce other friends to the home and we all enjoy staying here. It is close to the ski hills and downtown but far enough away that it’s peaceful. The home has lots of space and is very welcoming and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be returning here again in the future. "
