Travel Guard's All Seasons Travel Plan Trip Cancellation Insurance

Your reservation includes optional Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances, requiring the cancellation or interruption of your trip.  Please note, your initial deposit amount includes the premium.  Should you wish to decline this insurance protection, please strike through the charge on the front of your lease and place your initials next to it.  For specific questions regarding insurance please call Travel Guard (877) 249-5376 and refer to product number 008573 P1.  To download the Travel Guard policy see link below.

Change / Cancellation Policy

Chautauqua County Rental Reservations
Summer Season - Written cancellations received by February 1st will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and a $100.00 cancellation penalty.  Cancellations received after February 1st will result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount.  If the property is re-booked we will refund the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and the $100.00 cancellation penalty.

Spring / Fall / Winter Seasons - Written cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and a $50.00 cancellation penalty.  Cancellations received within 14 days of the date of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount.  If the property is re-booked, we will refund the deposit less the non-refundable booking fee and the $50.00 cancellation penalty.

Ellicottville, Cattaraugus County and Findley Lake (Peek 'n' Peak) Rental Reservations
Tenants are responsible for all of the nights reserved, regardless of the actual arrival or departure dates.  A cancellation fee of $75.00 plus any non-refundable components will be charged if you cancel your reservation in writing, providing the property is re-booked for the same time period for the same rental amount.  If the property is not re-booked, the entire rent will be forfeited.  Partial re-bookings will be pro-rated.  No cancellations due to undesirable weather conditions, except from 12/1 - 12/21 and 3/15 until Holiday Valley / Peek 'n' Peak close for the ski season; then if 3 lifts or less are operating at Holiday Valley / Peek 'n' Peak, tenant may cancel with a full refund less a $50.00 fee and any non-refundable components, pro-rated daily.
