When Chautauqua Institution's summer season (late June - August) is in session, expect event filled days and nights. From NorthShore's convenient location, it is an easy walk, shuttle bus or bike ride to a wide variety of outstanding lectures, performances and classes. Chautauqua Institution has much to offer during the summer; symphony orchestra, opera, dance, concerts at the Amphitheater, lectures, courses, etc. Children enjoy supervised youth activities, everything from boating and swimming classes to arts and crafts to special excursions.
