Returning Guests

Team VP will make your reservation for next year (same unit, same week), while you are here this year.  Reservations will be accepted Monday - Friday during your first week of residence.  This program is subject to contract and owner occupancy schedules received for your unit as of the requested date.  A deposit and signed lease are required for confirmation.  Normal cancellation penalties will apply.  As a courtesy we will note specific requests for properties in the form of a waitlist.  Please note, this does not guarantee you a rental property for the next season.

For all RETURNING GUESTS (applies to Chautauqua Institution / Chautauqua Lake ONLY) wishing to reserve a different week and/or different unit, as well as all NEW GUESTS, please use the following guidelines:

Availability

Unlike hotel accommodations, the availability of our rental properties is based on the schedules of the individual property owners.  Overall availability in our rental system does change frequently throughout the year as the owners we represent provide us with updated occupancy schedules.

Although we receive many requests to "hold" properties or maintain a waiting list, the volume of incoming rental inquiries prohibits us from doing so.  We do, however, encourage you to take advantage of our toll free phone number and welcome you to call as often as you would like to check on availability.

Chautauqua Institution Rental Properties
from the last week in June to the last week in August all properties are based on a 7 night minimum.  The rental week is Saturday - Saturday.

Chautauqua Lake Rental Properties
from the last week in June to the last week in August all properties are based on a 7 night minimum.  The rental week is Friday - Friday, although a few lake area properties may be available Saturday - Saturday.

Ellicottville or Findley Lake (Peek 'n' Peak) Rental Properties
all properties are based on a 2 night minimum, except during holiday time, 3 - 5 night minimums may apply.  Please be sure you are following the calendar of availability for the correct dates of arrival.
